Shipping

TŌGEN ships from Seoul, Korea, to the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During a limited drop, we'll state any longer dispatch window on the product page before you order.

Delivery and cost
US orders ship for $9, or free on orders of $98 and over. Delivery to the US usually takes 7–12 business days. Orders to all other countries ship on the same terms and usually arrive in 5–14 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties and taxes
For US orders, import duties are included — we pay them before your order leaves Seoul, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For orders to other countries, import duties and taxes are on us as well. If the carrier ever charges you import duties, VAT, or customs fees on delivery, email hello@togen.shop with your order number and the receipt, and we'll refund the full amount.

Delays
Customs clearance, weather, or carrier conditions can occasionally delay delivery. If your order is affected, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
